Returns & Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email atmissmarchofficial@gmail.com

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Sale and promotional items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

We apologize there was an error in your order. 

Should this ever happen contact us at missmarchofficial@gmail.com and provide us with the following information: 

 

  • your order number & receipt 
  • a picture of the item you have received 
  • the item(s) you had initially placed the order for

 

Once we receive all this information we will review your case and get back to you as soon as possible on sending you the correct order.

Make sure to place the order before 1.00 p.m. (GMT+2) in order to have your product shipped the same day you placed your order, 

At times it may take up to 3-4 days for us to ship your product if your order was not placed during business hours.
